PRINCIPLE
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Supports day-to-day operations on designated consumer accounts to effectively activate and manage social and digital campaigns and programs.
Utilizes digital and social media management systems such as Sprout Social, Talkwalker, and Meta Business.
Monitors social media trends in order to inform strategic recommendations.
Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams, including Brand Strategy, Media, Data & Analytics, Client Experience, and Project Management.
Leads social content brief creation for our clients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
REQUIRED:
Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising, or English.
2+ years of account management in an agency setting.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to come into an office location in Philly, NYC, or Baltimore at least twice a month.
