We are looking for an Healthcare Advisor (Marketing/Sales rep) to help us grow our business. You will be responsible for building relationships with Hospitals, Senior Living Communities, Physicians and other to help provide hospice referrals. The ideal candidate will have hospice experience an established referral base but we are open to the right candidate for growth. You will also be responsible for in person family meetings and must be willing to be available on off hours to help patients and families sign up for services.

The primary responsibilities would be to:
· Growth of the referral base for all businesses
· Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors.
· Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals.
· Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members.
· Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner.
· Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care.
· Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively presen our company and what makes us unique.
· Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
