About the role:As Enrollment Marketing Associate at Vivvi, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring families have a seamless, high-touch journey from initial inquiry to enrollment in our programs. Collaborating with the marketing and enrollment teams, you’ll execute key aspects of the enrollment process, respond to family inquiries, and support campus events. You’ll also assist with roster management, nurture leads, and help ensure smoothcommunicationbetween campuses and families.
By supporting events,building relationshipswith local partners, and distributing marketing materials, you’ll amplify Vivvi’s mission while gathering insights to enhance our connections with families throughout their journey. As Enrollment Marketing Associate, you will…
Assist with the enrollment process for new and prospective families, including roster oversight and supporting heads of school and enrollment managers.
Respond to inquiries about the enrollment process, and provide families with personalized andefficient support.
Maintain accurate data in Hubspot, Vivvi’s CRM tool and analyze trends and patterns to drivecontinuous improvement
Lead campus tours and participate in enrollment-related activities as needed on campuses or at industry events, representing Vivvi with enthusiasm andprofessionalism.
Use existing systems and introduce new processes to ensure smoothcollaborationbetween Vivvi’s operations, family experience, and enrollment teams.
Support marketing event registration from start to finish, including managing event sign-up processes, identifying prospective attendees, and coordinatingcommunicationbefore and after events.
Assist with on-campus marketing events, including weekend playgroups for current and prospective families.
Build relationships with local event and promotional partners to enhance Vivvi’s visibility and outreach.
Gather feedback from families, prepare post-event reports, and analyze metrics to refine enrollment processes and marketing strategies.

Have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., student enrollment, marketing, customer service, etc.)
Possess excellentcommunication skillsand off-the-charts EQ
Are a people person, thriving on making new connections and thinking of ways to surprise and delight customers
Are a detail-oriented and organized thinker who loves to problem solve
Are passionate about making an impact: on young children and families lives, earlyeducation, and affecting a generational shift by helping more parents stay in the workforce
Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets and Hubspot a plus
Are able to work occasional weekend events (approximately 1/month)
Are willing to spend 2-3 days per week in our New York City office
Possess independent US work authorization.
