As a Regional Campaigns and Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing campaigns across your area. Alongside executing high-quality and well-organised campaigns, you will also assist with the training and development of local Branches and volunteers. This is a pivotal role which will help our rapidly growing organisation produce the most professional and effective campaigns of any political party.
Qualification and Skills
Essential
Proven experience in political campaign management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate voluntary party membership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the voluntary and professional party.
Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and managing multiple campaigns.
Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of the UK political landscape and a commitment to Reform UK’s values and objectives.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
Detailed knowledge of your Region’s political landscape and different local policy issues.
Experience with digital campaigning tools and techniques.
