We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically in order to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for new business development.
Develop sales plans and goals to meet company objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential areas of growth.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales, outside sales, and business development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of leading teams and negotiating effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce and technical sales, with a solid understanding of marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with warm calling to engage potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
