Pay Range:
$21.50 – $28.00 per hour
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Dallas,TX
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and distributing internal and external communications.
Draft emails, memos, newsletters, and other written materials.
Support the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
Monitor and track communication metrics and prepare reports.
Collaborate with team members on communication strategies and initiatives.
Maintain and update contact lists and communication databases.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
