Hitejinro America is seeking a talented and motivated entry-level graphic marketing design innovator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.
Qualifications
For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
Proven graphic designing experience
Strong knowledge with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is required
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and understanding brand marketing and design standards
Must be comfortable with constructive feedback
Exceptional time management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
All candidates must submit a portfolio of any previous work, such as flyers, art, designs, logos, etc.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll contribute to driving our visual brand identity and creating impactful marketing materials
This position requires collaboration with the Business Strategy Director to translate strategic goals into compelling design solutions
The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience
Test graphics across various media and create eye catching advertisements
Work on a variety of projects, including promotional marketing materials, flyers/print collateral, digital banners, and infographics that align with our brand identity and creative vision
Write copy for marketing materials and social media content
Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand’s tone and messaging
Proofread text and perform other minor edits on designs before they go live
Generate ideas to advertise and promote products
Prepare project rough drafts and present ideas for feedback
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of company sensitive data and materials
Responsible for handling everything from organizing files and managing databases, to creating mockups, gathering reference materials and proofreading
Previous experience in marketing or marketing related projects preferred
Other tasks, duties, or special projects assigned
