Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee:
Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner

Be a problem solver – findcreative solutionsto issues
Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company
Experience and Skill Requirements of the Entry Level Management Trainee:
Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in afast-paced environment
Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads
Must have strong written and verbalcommunication skills
