Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Manager / Assistant Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of marketing, team leadership, and client relations. Working closely with senior managers, you will help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a team toward success. We prioritize internal promotions for leadership roles, giving you ample opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team to meet goals, achieve success, and drive brand growth
Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with the management team to create and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for clients
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong communication
Training & Development: Mentor entry-level staff, helping them develop skills and succeed in their roles
Customer Engagement: Lead by example in customer interactions, ensuring every engagement aligns with the client’s brand values
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events
Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to drive better results
Event Coordination: Assist in planning, setup, and providing on-site support for events to ensure flawless execution
Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues, work with the team to resolve them, and continuously improve team performance
