WonderDads is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and retention of our subscribers and member base. This role is looking for a creative, data-driven, passionate email marketer who can educate potential members on our offerings, share ways to make the most of membership with our current members, and execute strategy to share the amazing mission of WonderDads with everyone. The position will be supporting both WonderDads and our new brand Parentfile.

Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Create, monitor, and improve marketing automation funnels including abandoned cart flows, member birthday flows, and more.
Analyze and track key metrics like CTR and conversion percent on all email campaigns.
Focus on email deliverability, avoid spam filters, and implement best practices to ensure strong email results.
Strengthen our email strategy and email asset design for large marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain our voice through direct communications to our members.
Collaborate with team on launches and become an expert on product offerings.
Identify verticals that will ensure growth while keeping a healthy pipeline.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of creating and executing email marketing campaigns. Experience with Active Campaign is a plus.
Be able to analyze campaigns and knowledge of setting up A/B testing as it pertains to email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Need to be highly skilled with writing and editing for public consumption.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and improving email deliverability.
Successful in creating impactful and attention-grabbing email templates.

Competitive Base Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annual salary
