For the Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant position, you’ll be assisting the marketing and sales teams in daily operations to help increase brand awareness and client engagement. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, while supporting the sales department with administrative tasks and customer-focused activities.

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting in the development and implementation of promotional marketing and sales campaigns
Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing and sales materials
Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and client follow-up
Conducting market and sales research and helping identify new trends and opportunities
Assisting with event coordination and logistics for client-facing activities
Preparing reports to track campaign progress and success metrics
Managing customer inquiries and providing general support to the marketing and sales teams

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age
Must be willing to work 35-40 hours weekly
Must have reliable transportation – this is an on site role
Able to commute to Bismarck, North Dakota
Willing to start within the next 2-4 weeks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers
