Job OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Austin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the fast-paced world of marketing, supporting various campaigns and projects that contribute to our brand’s success.

Salary Range:$21.50 – $31.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage and update social media platforms including content creation and scheduling.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Coordinate marketing events and promotions, including logistics and outreach.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and documentation.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
