About The Role
The Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impact. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution: Assist in organizing all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues to align all event details
Marketing & Promotion: Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking budgets, processing invoices, and managing event materials
Administrative Support: Maintain event schedules, track RSVPs, and manage event documentation
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
Skills:
