We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in coordinating marketing projects, assisting with product promotions, and ensuring smooth internal communication. The Entry-Level Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring efficient communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating marketing projects, product promotions, and brand initiatives.
Maintain and organize marketing materials, including product information and company documentation.
Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.
Track and document customer feedback and assist in improving customer engagement strategies.
Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and company promotions.
Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including scheduling and document management.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clear communication on promotional activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
