ChatterNola is a growing pediatric speech therapy and ABA practice passionate about helping children find their voice and thrive through meaningful connection and communication. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and reliable Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help us share our story, grow our local presence, and connect with the families who need us most.
Your Role:
We’re seeking someone who can take initiative, think creatively, and bring fresh ideas to the table-especially someone who enjoys small business marketing with a heart for community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and occasional email newsletters
Create graphics in Canva for social posts, events, or flyers
Brainstorm and implement creative outreach strategies to build local awareness
Maintain consistency in branding and voice across all platforms
Assist with blog posts, reels, and occasional website updates
Engage with online communities and followers in a warm, professional tone
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in marketing, communications, or social media (freelance or internship OK!)
Know your way around Canva, Instagram, and other digital tools
Enjoy storytelling, design, and helping brands connect with people
Can work independently but communicate consistently
Are passionate about helping children and families (bonus if you have a background in healthcare or early education)
