We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to not just lead but help create our marketing department. Up to this point, our office staff has pushed out social media posts and marketing emails when time has allowed, which let’s be real, isn’t often enough. We need your help to take charge, build a marketing strategy, and drive revenue.
Who are we? We are Multiporpoise Management. We manage five short-term rental brands across the Lincoln City and Bend markets. We offer unique stays that give our guests the opportunity to experience the beauty of Oregon like a local. We are locally owned and operated by a team of brilliant(citation needed) minds who thrive in organized chaos. You can count out stuffy corporate management and find a supportive and collaborative environment.
This position is typically going to be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday You’ll be located at our Lincoln City headquarters. Occasional weekend and evening work should be expected along with occasional travel.
What You’ll do :
Marketing content: oversee email marketing, branding, and, yes, even some social media posts.
Listing performance: Audit and ensure accuracy and performance on all online travel agencies(Airbnb, Booking.com, etc)
Create and manage Google Ad campaigns
Loyalty Programs: Build repeat business strategies to keep our guests running back.
Generate out of the box and engaging ideas.

Qualifications:
Email marketing experience
Social media marketing experience
Experience running Google Ads/ pay per click campaigns
A plucky can-do attitude
Nice to haves:
Word press/ web design
Journalism or formal writing experience
Business to business sales
Photography know-how
Google Analytics experience
Event planning experience
Short-term rental experience
