Job Description:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist at ROSI Office Furniture, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, email marketing, and digital advertising. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately generate leads that convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our products, drive traffic, and improve brand visibility.
Website Management: Collaborate with our web development team to maintain and optimize the ROSI website for SEO, user experience, and content relevance.
Social Media Marketing: Manage ROSI’s social media channels, create engaging content, and develop strategies to increase audience engagement and grow our online community.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and prospects with personalized content, promotions, and product updates.
Paid Advertising: Design, implement, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Analyze and Report Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
Content Creation: Work with our creative team to produce digital assets, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other materials to engage our target audience.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other marketing platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Creativity and Innovation: A passion for digital marketing and a keen ability to think outside the box to engage and connect with audiences.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across teams, with clear and concise messaging.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
