Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. While this position is largely centered around coordination and execution, there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively to marketing strategy, audience engagement, and content development. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, can roll up their sleeves to execute in a fast-paced environment while staying organized, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Duties:

· Execution of Campaigns: Execute marketing tactics across all channels, including email, social media, paid search, display, and SEO, based on planned campaigns. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign materials, assets, and messaging are consistent and align with overarching marketing objectives. Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.

· Nurture Track Design & Execution: Create, design, and set up nurture tracks that align with overall messaging and campaign objectives. Develop content strategies that guide prospects further down the funnel by addressing pain points, sharing valuable insights, and building trust. Leverage marketing automation tools to implement drip campaigns, segment audiences, and personalize outreach. Continuously optimize nurture tracks based on performance data to ensure higher engagement and conversion rates.

· BDR & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales teams to support marketing campaigns. Take ownership of list sourcing and preparation, ensuring targeted, accurate, and actionable prospect lists that align with campaign objectives. Provide sales teams with tailored messaging, sequences, and resources to effectively engage prospects. Facilitate seamless communication between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on lead follow-ups and collaboration to drive campaign success and pipeline growth.

· Content & Materials: Own the content and social media calendar (LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaign strategies. Plan, create, and manage engaging content for blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and sporadic email communications. Ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and consistent across all formats and channels, leveraging industry trends to resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement across platforms.

Essential Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

· Proven experience working with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in marketing management tools (HubSpot, Asana).

· Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

· Healthcare or senior care industry experience is a plus.

· Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
