Ecommerce Coordinator
Total Commerce Solutions (or TCS) is a company based in Twinsburg, OH that provides the following services for other businesses:
Warehousing & fulfillment services. We can unload, receive, store, pick, pack, & ship clients’ goods from our warehouses.
Ecommerce account creation/setup, account management, listing/content creation, and SEO/keyword optimization services.
We are looking for a creative and skilled Ecommerce Coordinator with an Ecommerce background who can play a key role in completing Ecommerce project work for clients, as well as meeting with clients bi-weekly to review project plan progress.
Responsibilities will include:
Client & Project Coordination
o TCS will create a project plan for each client – this person will be responsible for completing project work assigned to them on time, keeping the project plan updated and current, and meeting with the client bi-weekly to review the plan
o Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and, once trained and ready, will oversee multiple clients at a time
o TCS outsources project work at times when internal resources are not available – this person may also need to coordinate with external parties and QC-check work coming back to ensure TCS standards are met
Ecommerce
o Learn and use our Sellercloud software to create and enhance clients’ product data and listings/content
o Create and enhance marketplace listings for clients – listing text/image content creation skills are required
o Create Amazon A+ Content (EBC) templates, Brand Story templates, and Amazon/eBay storefronts
o Perform daily seller account checks for assigned clients – checklist and training will be provided
o Perform keyword research & listing optimization – training will be provided for this process. Prior SEO/keyword research experience is preferred but not required
TCS’s goal and the goal of this position is to provide great service and create exceptional content for our clients to help them grow. We are seeking someone who likes working with clients and enjoys creating great text and digital content.
Skills:
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Coordinator, with a strong focus on content strategy & digital content creation
Experience with content creation across various digital channels
Includes listing images (infographs, lifestyle images, etc.), A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, and content optimization tools like Helium 10
MS Office experience required-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
Photoshop and/or Canva experience is required
Image/Digital Media creation experience is a must
Ability to work collaboratively with teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BS/BA in marketing or a relevant field
Digital Marketing: 3+ years (Required)
Strong experience with Ecommerce, text & digital content creation, and keyword optimization (Strongly Preferred)
This position follows a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work, with flexibility offered upon completion of training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
