Job Summary:
GNB Global Inc. is the industry leader in tension fabric structures. We build prefabricated structures for data centers, warehousing, oil and gas companies, and shelters for remote mining operations. GNB’s buildings meet many unique needs and we are a fast-growing company with multiple projects in Canada and the USA. We are currently looking to add an entry-level Marketing Specialist in our Rhome, Texas office to help drive the Company’s continued success.
The Marketing Specialist will contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives. They will also be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote GNB Global’s products/services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, organization, ability to handle diverse projects simultaneously, strong communication abilities and the willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, market research, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Work with marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, tradeshows and events.
Establish a tradeshow strategy and execution plan to acquire sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and printers.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the company’s marketing efforts innovative.
Support sales and leadership to develop industry-leading marketing campaigns, setting objectives, organizing promotional campaigns and updating calendars
Manage budgets, purchasing and expenses
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience or courses in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or related areas.
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and content management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task with ease
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Self starter with a strong work ethic and a self imposed desire to exceed every day expectations
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices would be an asset
Experience with graphic design or video editing software would be preferred
The ability to travel in both the US and Canada
The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Qualifications that would be an asset to possess:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Experience with marketing automation services like HubSpot
Experience with web development and WordPress a plus
Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
Experience with search engine optimization
Creativity, graphic design skills, and proficiency with Adobe Suite
Photography and Photoshop skills
