Sales and Advertising Assistant Responsibilities:
Train in advertising marketing, sales, and product and service knowledge
Communicate with interested customers and match them to product and service offerings
Participate in staff and training meetings
Communicate appropriately and professionally
Finally have an opportunity to advance based on merit for our management roles
Qualities of a Sales and Advertising Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or other interpersonal roles is preferred
Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
Comfortable demeanor when discussing sales options and service inquiries with customers
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with fellow sales and advertising team members
