Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Develop engaging content for email marketing, social media platforms, and website updates that align with brand messaging.
Collaborate with the sales team to support advertising sales initiatives and enhance overall performance marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Attend promotional events to showcase products and services.
Respond to new leads by calling, and creating a follow up campaign
Skills
Proficient in email marketing platforms and techniques.
Knowledge of advertising sales processes and strategies.
Strong CRM Experience
Experience in Aesthetics or Medical spa a plus
Experience in social media marketing across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta and Tiktok).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Understanding of performance marketing principles to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.

Pay: $64,822.00 – $70,513.00 per year
