Entry Level Sales Representative – AT&T Campaign

Location: Mississippi Gulf Coast
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $700 – $2,000+ per week (base + commission)

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-person consultations with residential customers (leads provided by AT&T)

Present and recommend AT&T fiber internet, wireless, and TV packages

Build relationships with customers, answer questions, and assist with service enrollment

Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing coaching sessions

After mastering our sales process, support the development of new team members

What We Offer

Lead-Based Strategy: No cold calling or canvassing. All customers are pre-qualified through AT&T

Compensation Structure

Weeks 1–2:

$500 base pay/week

Up to $500/week in performance bonuses

Potential to earn up to $1,000/week

Week 3+:

$700/week base pay (upon meeting performance benchmarks)

Commission opportunity (no cap)

Monthly bonuses available (based on performance)

Top performers have the opportunity to earn over $2,000/week in total compensation, including commissions and bonuses.
