Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Equipment Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients. A successful Rental Manager will also be proficient in data entry and possess marketing acumen to promote our rental offerings.
Duties
Manage and oversee daily rental operations, ensuring smooth processes from check-in to check-out.
Maintain accurate inventory control of rental items, ensuring availability and quality.
Perform data entry tasks related to customer information, rental agreements, and inventory records.
Provide exceptional front desk service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate rental agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental services and attract new customers.
Collaborate with sales management to identify opportunities for growth within the rental market.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
Experience
Previous experience in a rental management or similar role is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales management.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
