As ourEvent & Marketing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading exciting ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives that capture hearts, engage minds, and amplify our brand’s presence. Job Descriptions:
Design, plan, and execute both large-scale ATL campaigns (media launches, brand campaigns) and on-ground BTL activations (roadshows, product showcases, trade fairs).
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities within budget and timeline.
Elevate brand visibility by developing creative activation strategies that engage and delight target audiences.
Work closely with vendors, event agencies, media outlets, and other partners to ensure flawless event execution and campaign delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and align with market demands.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using key metrics, data analytics, and feedback, and propose adjustments to improve future outcomes.
Create immersive customer experiences and foster brand loyalty through interactive events and initiatives.
Collaborate on compelling marketing collateral, press releases, social media content, and promotional materials to maximize reach and engagement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
At least have 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, brand activation, or related areas, with exposure to 4 Wheels Automotive Brands.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a knack for designing unique and engaging marketing events.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with external partners and agencies.
Data-driven mindset, capable of measuring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
Passion for innovation and the automotive industry, especially in electrification and sustainable mobility solutions.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media engagement, and on-ground activations is a plus.
