A B2B financial services provider is seeking an Event Executive to assist the marketing team with the implementation of both in-person and digital events across the UK, US, and Europe. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior events marketing professional with 2+ years of experience looking for that next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of a tactical annual events plan.
Support both hosted and sponsored event marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Events Director to create detailed project plans covering all stages from concept through to planning, delivery, and post-event reporting and analysis.
Assist with venue research, on-site branding, audio/visual setup, catering arrangements, registration, and post-event reporting.
Work closely with the internal creative team by providing comprehensive event briefs for identity, design, and production of event collateral.
Assist in drafting outreach materials (invitations, website copy, social media posts) and support the creation of pre- and post-event digital assets.
Manage the tracking of event branded items, including but not limited to collateral and giveaways.
Requirements:
2+ years of B2B event marketing experience (either in-house or agency) is essential.
Financial services experience would be desired but a background in wider B2B would be advantageous.
Strong copywriting skills.
A history of effective interactions with diverse stakeholders is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Marketing Automation, event registration software (Cvent preferable), Canva, webinar software.
UK experience is essential.
