We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are growing rapidly and need someone that is flexible on hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of clients and attendees. This role requires a blend of creativity, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with vendors, clients, and team members.
Duties
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events; prep, execution, and recap
Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
Conduct research to identify potential venues, vendors, and event trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and email marketing campaigns for events.
Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance event visibility and engagement.
Oversee on-site event management to ensure all elements are executed as planned.
Evaluate the success of each event through performance marketing metrics and client feedback.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for future events.

Requirements
Proven experience in event coordination or related field.
Strong skills in product management and budgeting.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and digital marketing strategies.
Experience in advertising and content marketing is a plus.
Excellent research skills to identify trends and opportunities in the event industry.
Strong sales skills to negotiate contracts with vendors and sponsors.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for design tasks related to events.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required by events.
