We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director of Marketing to lead our Brand Management and Creative teams in driving the growth and visibility of our nutraceutical products. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and driving consumer engagement in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead a team of Brand Managers and Creative professionals to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to strengthen market positioning and drive sales growth.
Oversee the execution of product launches, marketing promotions, and advertising initiatives across multi-channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
Conduct market research and analyze market trends including competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts and identify opportunities to optimize brand strategies.
Oversee and lead the Creative Team in developing compelling marketing assets ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and copywriters to ensure high-impact campaigns are delivered.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI while adhering to budget.
Partner with Product Development and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
Support Retail and E-commerce teams with marketing strategies that drive brand success.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and third-party partners.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends.
Lead and mentor various marketing teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field ; Master’s degree a plus.
7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the nutraceutical, CPG, or health & wellness industry.
Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and creative direction.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Expertise in consumer insights, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and digital advertising channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
