Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and community partners.
Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth by securing private events, group dining, and corporate partnerships.
Respond to inquiries, manage leads, and proactively chase new business opportunities.
Collaborate with restaurant teams to execute promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and guest engagement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement.
