As the Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing high-impact events to increase the visibility of our Web3 products, projects, and ecosystem. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create immersive and engaging event experiences that drive

brand awareness

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy and Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with the company’s Web3 goals and objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual, hybrid, and physical events, including conferences, webinars, product launches, workshops, and

hackathons

.

Identify relevant global Web3 and blockchain events for participation or sponsorship.

Content and

Promotion

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce event collateral, including promotional content, presentations, and visual assets.

Lead pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance, engagement, and ROI.Partnerships and Collaborations Develop relationships with key industry players, event organizers, and ecosystem partners to drive strategic sponsor ships and speaking opportunities.

Leverage partnerships to enhance brand positioning and generate high-value collaborations.

Community Engagement

Engage the Web3 community through event-driven activities to strengthen relationships with developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and institutional partners.

Gather and incorporate community feedback to improve event experiences.

Logistics and Execution Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, registrations, and vendor management.

Ensure flawless event execution, meeting brand standards and delivering a premium experience for participants.

Performance Tracking Set KPIs and analyze event performance data, including attendance, audience engagement, and ROI.Prepare post-event reports with key learnings and recommendations for future events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in event marketing, with a focus on blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industries.

Proven track record

of successfully planning and executing events of varying scales.

Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including trends, technologies, and key players.

Exceptional

project management

and organizational skills.

Excellent

communication

, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in tools like Zoom, Hopin, or other event management platforms, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to work in a

fast-paced

,

dynamic environment

and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing international events in the blockchain or fintech space.

Familiarity with Web3 communities, including Discord and Telegram engagement.

Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms for event

promotion

Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Mandarin) is a plus.
