Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager with occasional collaboration at our headquarters in Plano, TX. The Marketing Manager will create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage digital and social media campaigns, develop engaging content, and build brand awareness as we grow in the US market.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand recognition *Create captivating and family-friendly content for our digital platforms and marketing materials *Generate creative campaign ideas for regular promotions, events, and special offerings *Manage our presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Yelp) *Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all marketing channels *Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify our reach *Foster a sense of community by engaging with our audience and encouraging user-generated content *Coordinate marketing initiatives with franchise locations while maintaining brand consistency *Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Qualifications:
*2-3 years experience in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing *Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content *Experience in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva *Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp *Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yelp) *A creative mindset with an understanding of current marketing trends *Self-motivated with strong time management skills to thrive in a remote environment *Availability to work full-time with occasional travel to headquarters *Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
