We are looking for a strategic and creative Event Planner Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that enhance brand engagement and business growth. This role is responsible for developing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative event strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Design event themes, schedules, and flow to deliver engaging experiences.
Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining event quality.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on event objectives and logistics.
Supervise on-site operations, troubleshoot in real-time, and conduct post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or marketing-related roles.
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to craft engaging event experiences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the finance or trading sector is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
