We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and designing event production such as weddings, corporate, or intimate parties. Duties
Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
Execute on-site event activities such as product demonstrations and customer engagement initiatives.
Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with target audiences.
Conduct research data collection to analyze event effectiveness and gather customer feedback.
Provide outstanding customer service during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in food service management during events when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in event marketing or related field is preferred.
Strong skills in social media management to enhance event promotion.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in conducting product demos is a plus.
