Duties
Supervise and train front desk staff
Manage scheduling and facility upkeep
Assist with membership inquiries and issue resolution
Ensure great customer experience at all times
Support marketing, events, and promotions
Experience
Prior experience in customer service or team leadership
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, evenings)
