Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing warm, personalized service, and ensuring excellence in all in-person and digital communications.
Build and maintain strong guest relationships through multiple channels such as social media, email, and our website.
Manage daily cash operations, opening/closing procedures, and event production, while maintaining a polished, organized environment.
Create and design engaging marketing materials, including social media content, graphics, and presentations, to promote our services and events.
Leverage data insights to tailor campaigns, optimize website performance, and enhance consumer engagement.
Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and training, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Greet patients with professionalism and friendliness, offer tours, capture memorable moments, and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
Stay current with all product offerings, ensuring you’re always ready to assist guests with purchases and reservations.
Foster collaboration between leadership and the team, providing timely feedback and participating in goal setting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
