At True North Wellness, we are Beaverton’s best choice for lasting, non-surgical joint pain relief through advanced chiropractic, physical therapy and massage. We are a growing clinic, and currently looking to expand our Personal Injury care. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical person who will join our Personal Injury Marketing department.
Our operations and services require someone highly organized and with a love for marketing to make sure the following aspects of our PI Marketing program runs smoothly between the company and our potential customers:
Responsibilities:
Hand addressing 75 to 150 envelopes a week
Mail merging lists into two Word templates
Printing letters and gift certificates
Getting the letters dropped off at the post office weekly
Keep track of statistics and results every week
Handling follow-up phone calls to Personal Injury Prospects
Booking appointments and rescheduling
Skillset:
Proficient with Excel
Proficient with Microsoft Word
Good handwriting skills
Ability to work fast and meet weekly targets
Ability to coordinate with our office manager daily and maintain good communication
Great organization skills to keep logs and records
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in marketing and customer service
Benefits:
Hourly rate- base hourly rate commensurate with experience, plus commission/bonus.
Schedule:
10-15 hours a week
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 – $22.00/hour.
