Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, planning and coordinating a variety of events, and contributing to our overall brand awareness. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and a problem-solver with a passion for entertainment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, reflecting our fun and playful brand voice.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events ranging from small promotional gatherings to larger events with up to 500 attendees. Examples: trivia, singles mixers, silent discos, karaoke contests, halloween parties, themed events and more!
Manage event budgets, decorations, and logistics.
Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth event execution.
Brand Awareness:
Contribute to building brand awareness and promoting On Par Entertainment within the Dayton area.
Work with the marketing manager to ensure brand consistency.
General Marketing Support:
Assist the marketing manager with other marketing tasks as needed.
Take initiative to make decisions in the marketing manager’s absence.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and a problem-solver.
Basic knowledge of content creation.
Ability to work 5 days a week in office.
Bonus Skills:
Photography and videography skills.
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc…)
