Territory Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Manager at Monsma Marketing Corporation! The Territory Manager will continue to develop and maintain a designated sales territory throughout the Southeast including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Southern Virginia and Alabama. This is handled through promoting, targeting and tracking sales opportunities to existing and targeted customers.
Responsibilities
· Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
· Continue to service existing clients and sales.
· Effectively demonstrate product lines.
· Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape within the market.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all lines; update product knowledge by studying existing and new product descriptions; attend in-house training regarding new or existing product lines
Qualifications
· Preferred bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years in experience.
· 3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably the hearth industry.
· Clear driving record with ability to drive company vehicle.
· Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
