The Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the President to drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing sales activities, and supporting marketing and CRM initiatives. This role requires strong prospecting skills and a proactive approach to generating new opportunities for critical power maintenance and repair agreements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding USA’s market presence and will have the opportunity to advance into a sales management role within the company.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new national accounts through outreach via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update customer account information in Salesforce CRM.
Review RFPs and assist in preparing maintenance proposals. Conduct proactive follow-ups on all proposals to secure new business.
Provide customer support as requested by leadership.
Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, including outreach campaigns and competitive analysis.
Skills/Abilities/Requirements/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience in sales or critical power services will be considered.
One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in service sales preferred, ideally for generator and/or UPS systems, including prospecting, cold calling and relationship building.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Solid experience selling service contracts preferred.
Knowledge of the critical power industry, including generator and UPS systems.
Experience developing and maintaining CRM systems. Salesforce experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonus
