Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of up to 10 sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing sales strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of your sales team. As a manager, you will be expected to lead by example, meet sales targets, and support your team in closing deals. You will earn a competitive commission of 5% per deal your reps bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

Lead a team of up to 10 sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet team and individual sales goals.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with upper management to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive new business and increase revenue. This includes setting goals, tracking performance, and adjusting approaches as needed.

Client Acquisition:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients through digital marketing sales techniques. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued growth.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Regularly track sales team performance and individual KPIs. Provide actionable insights, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

Commission Management:

Oversee the commission structure, ensuring transparency and fairness while motivating team members to exceed their sales targets. Ensure accurate tracking and timely payment of commissions to your team.

Sales Training & Development:

Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for your sales reps, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in the digital marketing space.

Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales reps are aligned with the latest offerings, tools, and resources.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a related field (3+ years preferred).
Experience in sales management or leading a sales team.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive team performance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Motivated by achieving personal and team-based financial goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
