We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can elevate our brand storytelling, audience engagement, and community impact through strategic short-form video content, trend-driven social campaigns, and creative brand positioning.
What You Will Do:
As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will own the strategy, creation, and execution of our social media content across platforms. Your expertise in Reels, TikToks, storytelling, and audience growth will position Beautiful You Health and Wellness Club as an industry leader in wellness and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
Own and manage our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Identify and capitalize on trends, challenges, and viral opportunities to expand audience reach.
Engage actively with our online community, responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries to build strong brand loyalty.
Track and analyze social media performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategy and content execution.
Reels, Video Content & Brand Storytelling:
Create high-quality Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes content showcasing our services, client transformations, and expert insights.
Partner with our in-house graphics team to ensure all visuals align with our brand identity.
Develop on-camera storytelling strategies that position our brand as a trusted wellness and beauty authority.
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Content:
Collaborate with our team to develop and execute high-converting marketing campaigns.
Create email marketing content, newsletters, and blog posts that amplify our social presence.
Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and cross-promotions to expand brand reach.
Repurpose social media content for website updates, lead magnets, and other digital platforms.
Who We Are Looking For: Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital strategy.
Proven ability to grow social media engagement, increase brand visibility, and create high-quality content.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
Expertise in Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form video content.
Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voice alignment.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and collaborates with the marketing team and clinic leadership.
