As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting with the creation and management of online advertisements across a variety of platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and post online ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide suggestions for optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design ad strategies and campaigns.
Help create and edit ad copy and graphics.
Conduct research to discover new advertising opportunities and platforms.
Track advertising budgets and report on campaign outcomes.
Offer general support for marketing initiatives and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing or posting online ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and ad management tools is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
