The Client

This agency helps its clients grow intentionally through Video production, brand advisory and full-funnel creative strategies. Currently experiencing significant growth, this agency is projected to continue its upward trajectory and is seeking an Executive Creative Director to lead the creative vision and driveimpactful, high-performance campaigns.
The Role
As the Executive Creative Director (ECD), you will be responsible for leading the agency’s creative direction and ensuring that all creative outputs align with client goals, drive business results, and push the boundaries ofinnovation. You will workhands-onwith a talented team of creatives to develop and execute strategies that elevate brands and help them stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and shape creative strategies, bringing fresh insights to the team and developing breakthrough ideas that align with client goals and brand positioning.
Develop 360-degree campaign ideas and scalable solutions that elevate the brand long-term. Balance large campaign concepts with performance media executions to maintain consistency and drive business growth.
Ensure creative work meets the highest standards, from national campaigns to digital ad series, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design and conceptual strength.
Oversee and contribute to the creation of compelling, on-brand messaging across various formats, ensuring a consistent tone andimpactfulcommunication.
Lead adiversecreative team, conducting daily standups and annual performance reviews, ensuring that each team member has a clearprofessional growthpath.
Continuously embrace new technologies, including AI, data, and market trends, to refine and evolve creative output.
Required
Proven experience as a Creative Director in an agency or marketing environment.
Expertise in brand positioning, creative production, and digital media.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work across various media, demonstrating both conceptual strength and executional excellence.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and an understanding of digital design and media specs.
A passion for fostering acollaborative,inclusive, and growth-focused work culture.
Strongcommunicationskills, with the ability to navigate tough conversations and ensure alignment across teams.

Salary:$170,000+ (commensurate with experience) (+bonus)
