Part-Time Marketing Associate**
Location: 10032 Charlotte Highway, this is a Hybrid Remote position.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Associate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, brochures, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and performance tracking.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Assist in organizing and promoting events or webinars.
Collaborate with team members on brainstorming and creative sessions.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
**Qualifications:**
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their marketing potential.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, content marketing) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
Working Hours:
Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
