Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center that provide primary care to the underserved populations. Beyond clinical care, FQHCs emphasize community outreach and patient engagement as part of their mission. To support these goals, we employ dedicated staff for marketing, communications, and outreach. This position combines community engagement, strategic marketing, and public relations to increase visibility, drive community participation, and enhance brand reputation. The coordinator will plan and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives, monitor market trends, evaluate financial aspects of campaigns, and support business development through effective communication and promotional activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, market characteristics, and financial factors.
Develop pricing strategies considering business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Formulate and implement marketing activities and policies to promote services in collaboration with program managers.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and leverage findings to adjust marketing and outreach efforts.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ROI projections, and financial reports related to promotional activities.
Serve as the primary liaison to the public, media, community stakeholders, and partner organizations.
Coordinate and manage promotional events, campaigns, and participation in different community events.
Create and disseminate press releases, social media content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain Agape’s online presence(website, social media, newsletter)
Foster relationships with media outlets, government agencies, and community partners.
Participate in state and local advocacy initiatives and events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong skills in budgeting, HTML, analytics, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes.
Familiarity with content marketing strategies and social media marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,735.00 – $54,072.00 per year
