PURPOSE
As Marketing Operations at Central Valley Ag, you will be assisting CVA’s Marketing Team in the production of a variety of marketing projects including operating CVA’s in-house print shop, assisting with printing media for mail distribution and assisting with any other marketing projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
Production of decals and signage in CVA’s print shop including printing, laminating, cutting and distribution of materials.
Operate a variety of print shop equipment such as paper cutting, sorting and postal service machines.
Assemble and sort reproduced materials as necessary; assist in packaging and shipping.
Able to follow instructions and production schedules as well as adhere to all standard operating procedures to meet and exceed expected production goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas housing all signage material.
Strong ability to multi-task and move from one task to another quickly.
Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize projects according to deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to use Word, Excel, Office 365 and Planner.
Initiative to consistently meet internal and external deadlines.
Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise cutting of signage and materials.
Must be attenuative to detail with the desire to produce high quality work.
Proficient skill in using metalworking tools and hammer to insert grommets in signage.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend/crouch with or without accommodation.
