As a result of their continued growth and market opportunity, they are looking to appoint a new Executive General Manager to lead the organisation’s enterprise growth strategy, business development and execution.
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive General Manager of Enterprise Growth will work with the executive team to develop and implement plans to increase revenue, identify and engage prospective clients to expand the company’s enterprise customer base. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to increase revenue, market share, and profitability, while efficiently managing budgets and resources. You will identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and oversee marketing initiatives to reach target audiences effectively. As an Executive General Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, foster relationships with key partners and customers, and mentor a growth-focused team.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Business Process Services, with a proven track record of securing new business, whilst driving growth initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will possess a strong desire to win new business, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
