Key Responsibilities:
Team Administration Support
Be in charge of administrative planning and support for marketing projects and team operations, including worldwide delivery and inventory control of corporate collateral
Support departmental budgeting, purchase requests and invoices handlingÂ
Arrange and follow up on team meetings and activities
Handle meetings and travel arrangements for VP-Marketing and CommunicationsÂ
Be in charge of regular global and regional meetings and timely release of marketing reports and presentationsÂ
Support on Marketing ProjectsÂ
Provide marketing support to drive corporate initiatives to ensure proper execution and global implementation
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and copywriter on creative assets and full range of marketing materials productionÂ
Create presentations for internal and external partiesÂ
Coordinate and provide support on other ad-hoc or cross-disciplinary marketing projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related discipline
At least 1-2 years of working experience
Some experience in marketing and communications preferred
Hotel experience is preferred
Ability to work as a team as well as independently to execute tasks assignedÂ
Excellent written and oral communicationÂ
Well organized with attention to details
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight timelines
A committed team player and able to develop rapport with colleagues, hotel counterparts and external partners
Comfortable with numbers
