Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach to inform residents about our services and initiatives.
Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest.
Effectively communicate key messages and answer questions regarding our offerings.
Negotiate terms and encourage sign-ups or participation in programs.
Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement techniques.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as necessary.
Supervise or assist new team members in best practices for door-to-door engagement.
Utilize bilingual skills to reach a broader audience when applicable.
Skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Experience in electioneering or similar roles is a plus.
Proven negotiation skills to effectively close conversations with potential customers.
Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques or telemarketing experience is advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing outreach efforts within various communities.
