Description:
Time and Days of Position
Monday – Friday and some Saturdays as needed (3 minimum per year)
9 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay to commensurate upon experience
Daily Responsibilities
Maintain social media accounts for assigned stores on specified platforms
Post 3 times per week on assigned accounts (minimum of 2 videos per week per store; include appropriate hashtags)
Abide by OEM and Bert Ogden Corporate advertising guidelines
Audit accounts daily for inappropriate comments, errors, etc.
Complete whiteboard schedule of events and weekly social media links form on a weekly basis
Take photos and videos of vehicles, customers, staff members, etc.
Appear on camera for various photos and videos including TV commercials as needed
Travel to various stores around Rio Grande Valley
Positively represent Bert Ogden at all times both on and off the clock
Meet and greet Bert Ogden guests
Communicate regularly with fellow social media coordinators, videographers and marketing staff and upper-level management
Secure locations for filming away from dealerships
Set up lights and mics for filming when necessary
Work closely with general managers and sales individuals of assigned stores to create focused content for specific vehicles
Qualifications
Knowledge of social media platform operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual a plus
Video editing skills via phone apps and or computer software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Attention to detail
Photography experience
Multitasker
Valid Texas Drivers License
Time management skills
Ability to pass a drug and background test
Creative
Self-motivated
Willing to learn new programs and techniques
Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must have a valid Texas Driver License and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
Must be able to pass a background check.
